A 26-year-old male was arrested at 11^th & Walnut at 11:58 p.m. on a charge of Third Degree Assault after a fight that sent the unconscious victim to the hospital for treatment. The suspect denied hitting anyone and did not feel he should be arrested because he was polite to the officer. 12-12287

Police arrested a 50-year-old man in the 1400 block of Canyon Blvd at 2:26 p.m. after an officer responded to a report of a theft that had just occurred. Police discovered that the suspect had a warrant and was also in possession of debit cards which did not belong to him. He’s charges with Criminal Possession of a Financial Device & Contempt of Court. 12-12312

An officer responded to a complaint about an intoxicated male sleeping on a bench in the 1700 block of 29^th St. and found that the 49-year-old male had failed to register as a sex offender. He was arrested and charged with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. 12-12344

A gray Chevy Suburban was reported stolen from the 1400 block of Lincoln Place. Police searched the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it. There was no evidence found at the location where the vehicle had been parked to indicate forced entry. No suspect information. 12-12393
