Blotter - Sept. 20, 2012

Police arrested a 24-year-old male at 12:46 a.m. in the 1200 block of Pearl St. after officers observed him yelling aggressively at people. The suspect was uncooperative with officers and was arrested on suspicion of 2 counts of Second Degree Assault, Obstructing a Peace Officer and Resisting Arrest. 12-12962

A 27-year-old male cyclist was found lying in the road by a witness. The cyclist was taken to the hospital for treatment. He had no recollection of what happened but admitted to police that he had been drinking. It doesn’t appear the cyclist was struck by a vehicle. 12-12948
