The packets contain a mountain pine beetle anti-aggregation pheromone to prevent attack by mountain pine beetles. OSMP staff will cut stump apply Garlon 4, an EPA Category III herbicide, to Russian olive and crack willow on the Colorado Open Lands property, located south of Valmont Road and east of 55th Street.
