The Transportation Division works to keep Boulder's streets, bikeways, sidewalks and multi-use paths in good condition. Unfortunately, we can't see every problem around town, so we need your help to let us know if there is a maintenance issue that needs attention. Use this form to send us information about any Transportation maintenance problem in the city.

Issues with potholes, streets, sidewalks and multi-use paths can all be reported here. Please note the exact nature and location of the problem with an address and/or cross streets.

Call 303-413-7121 to report potholes, graffiti, trip-hazards and sidewalk issues. For all other issues, call 303-413-7162.
