2010 Human Services Fund Allocation Process Dates

Following are the anticipated allocations process dates for the 2010 Human Services Fund program year. (Funds for 2011 will be distributed by formula, only to those agencies funded for 2010.) Please note that these dates may change.

February 10, 2009 Request for Proposals (RFP) released.
April 8, 2009, 5 pm.
 Proposal deadline
April - May 2009 Agency interviews
May-June 2009 Technical Review Committee deliberations
June 2009 TRC preliminary allocations
August 2009 Appeals meetings
August 2009 TRC final allocations
September-December 2009 2010 Contracts negotiated
January 1, 2010 2010 HSF Program Year Begins
