2012 Human Services Fund Application Overview

The 2012 Human Services Fund (HSF) Application became available online March 28, 2011.

The deadline for 2012 applications is May 13, 2011 at midnight . We do not accept late or incomplete proposals, so we recommend that you read the directions carefully, and submit applications early to make sure they are received.  If you miss the deadline for the 2012 HSF, you will not be able to apply for City of Boulder HSF funding for another two years.

The Human Services Fund (HSF) operates on a two-year cycle, and grants for 2013 will be based on amounts determined for 2012. The Human Services Fund Technical Review Committee (TRC), a volunteer group of Boulder city residents, recommends the amounts given to each agency each year.
