2010 Human Services Fund Request for Proposals

The 2010 Human Services Fund (HSF)
Request for Proposals (RFP) is now available!

The 2010 RFP consists of three parts. You may download each part in MS Word and Excel format.

The deadline for applications is April 8, 2009 at 5:00 pm in our office at 1101 Arapahoe Avenue, 2nd floor. We do not accept late or incomplete proposals, so we recommend that you read the directions carefully in Part 1, and hand-deliver the applications early to our offices to make sure they arrive safely. If you miss the deadline for the 2010 HSF, you will not be able to apply for City of Boulder HSF funding for another two years.

The Human Services Fund (HSF) operates on a two-year cycle, and grants for 2011 will be based on amounts determined for 2010. The Human Services Fund Technical Review Committee (TRC), a volunteer group of Boulder city residents, recommends the amounts given to each agency each year.
