A. Public hearing and consideration of Site Review #LUR2008-00040, for Flatirons Village, located at 900 28^th Street, to add 59 dwelling units with underground parking. The request requires the following modifications as allowed in the Residential High Density Three (RH-3): height modification and a solar exception. The site is comprised of 2.57 acres zoned Residential High Density Three (RH-3).   

B. Public hearing and consideration of Site Review #LUR2009-00012 to allow the construction (after the fact) of third bedrooms in the existing 48 unit, two bedroom, multi-family residential building located at 1065 University Ave. The property is zoned Residential High Density Two (RH-2) and the applicant has requested vested rights under section 9-2-7(b)(1), B.R.C. 1981.
