A. Public hearing and consideration of Site Review #LUR2008-00040, for Flatirons Village, located at 900 28th Street, to add 59 dwelling units with underground parking. The request requires the following modifications as allowed in the Residential High Density Three (RH-3): height modification and a solar exception. The site is comprised of 2.57 acres zoned Residential High Density Three (RH-3).   

B. Public hearing and consideration of Site Review #LUR2009-00012 to allow the construction (after the fact) of third bedrooms in the existing 48 unit, two bedroom, multi-family residential building located at 1065 University Ave. The property is zoned Residential High Density Two (RH-2) and the applicant has requested vested rights under section 9-2-7(b)(1), B.R.C. 1981.
