Planning & Development Services is working hard to automate more of its services for your convenience. Below is a list of services you can access without making a trip downtown.
Faxable permit applications
Apply for and receive some P&DS permits through your fax machine.
Construction Permit Status Report *
The Construction Permit Status Report enables customers to get information about their permit application such as the status of the permit and fees (paid and due) and the inspections that are required, scheduled and/or completed.
eMapLink & Property Report *
Both the eMapLink and Property Report applications work together to give customers the same property-specific information and maps that customers currently receive when they visit the P&DS Center, including a property's zoning, land use, floodplain, aerial photos and other development-related information. The Property Report provides customers the property information they need to fill out a permit application.
Download Mapping Data (for GIS users)
Downloadable Mapping Data is available for users to access zoning, street, land use and other types of information to use with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.
Mechanical e-Permits for Permit applications
Apply for mechanical (only) permits online.
Floodplain Information Requests (201.19 KB) (faxable form)
Apply for and receive floodplain information through your fax machine.
Automated Inspection Scheduling
Schedule inspections and get inspection results over the phone - 24 hours-a-day. Call 303-441-3280 and press "1."
Download P&DS applications and related publications
Print out P&DS applications and fill them out at your convenience.
Meter Releases to Xcel Energy
Find out if your meter inspection has been approved and sent to Xcel Energy.
Code Enforcement Report Form
The Code Enforcement Report Form provides a centralized location for reporting potential code violations, directing concerns to the enforcement officers, and prompting customers to provide information so officers can follow up on complaints.

View a map of current development projects under review
e-Maps
View online GIS maps. Look up zoning, floodplain and historic district information and more.
