Pilates Mat, Pilates with Props, Swiss Ball and Pilates/Yoga Combo classes only.  Many classes are taught at the same level twice per week to enhance student integration of the Pilates Method or Swiss Ball or Pilates/Yoga Combo technique through regular instruction and practice.  Students who, at the time of registration, enroll in more than one Pilates Mat, Pilates with Props, Swiss Ball or Pilates/Yoga Combo class can receive a 10 percent discount on the lesser of the two fees. Register in person or by phone only.
