Broken Pay Stations/Meters


If a pay station is out of order, pay at the nearest machine.   

"Malfunctioning" means the meter display is flashing "Failed" or "Out of Order". The meter is not registering coins deposited or displaying time correctly.

If you discover a broken or malfunctioning pay station or meter, please phone 303-413-7300 (this number is available on all pay stations and meters) to report the problem. We will need to know:

  • The meter or pay station number.
  • A description of the problem.

The maximum time limit on the meter is enforced even if the display is not functioning.

We do not recommend that you park at a broken or malfunctioning meter because the problem may correct itself and the meter may begin functioning.

Please notify us at 303-413-7300 if you should discover a broken parking meter, so we can send a repair person to fix it promptly.
