The Boulder Police Department, working cooperatively with the community to prevent crime, offers a free seminar for hotel and motel owners and managers on how to keep drugs and other illegal activities off their property.

The Boulder Crime Free Hotel and Motel Program is solution-oriented. It is designed to be easy, yet effective, in reducing crime in hotel and motel communities.  The program utilizes an approach which ensures the crime prevention goal, while remaining customer-oriented and friendly.

Upon completion of the six-hour seminar and other minimum requirements, managers and owners will be granted the use of large metal Crime Free signs for display on the property.
