Division of Housing Homebuyer Education

Note: Please attempt to attend both the Boulder County Homebuyer Class Series AND the City of Boulder Homeownership Program Orientation PRIOR to applying for City programs as many of your questions will be answered.

Exception: If you are interested in entering a lottery for a particular property that is scheduled prior to the next class/orientation dates, you may complete these education requirements after submitting your application. You should note the lottery you're interested in on your application.

Everyone is different. Come to one of our Orientations and see if we have a program that's right for you. Topics: What is an affordable home? Do I qualify? What are my options? Can I get help with closing costs? What happens when I resell? How do I apply?

HomeWise can be seen on Channel 8 which is part of the basic AT&T Cable TV service in Boulder.
