Patrol
Contact: Patrol officers provide 24-hour service to the community utilizing three main patrol shifts and several support units such as traffic, DUI, Hill and Mall teams. Services provided include, but are not limited to, responding to calls for service, writing detailed reports, patrolling neighborhoods or potential trouble areas, and enforcing laws. The shifts are staffed with 20 to 24 officers and sergeants who have a wide range of training and experience. Patrol also offers a ride-along program for civilians.
