The city has a franchise agreement with Xcel Energy to provide street lighting services within the city limits of Boulder. Use Xcel Energy's Street light outage and report form for repair and maintenance concerns. Be prepared to provide the exact location of the streetlight being reported, including, if possible, the grid numbers from the light pole.
The following pictures show the light pole numbers that you could see around Boulder.

New street lighting must be requested through the City of Boulder's Transportation Division at 303-441-3266.
