There are several types of programs you may have participated in, including HomeWorks (Permanently Affordable), Restricted (Initially Affordable), MIHP (Moderate Income Housing Program), or Shared Appreciation (First Home).

Because the covenants for the homes in each program are different, your requirements will differ. Select from the choices below, or contact Luanne Bobo at (303)441-3157 if you are unsure which program you participated in.
