This is a listing of common traffic offenses in the Boulder Municipal Court.  Other traffic charges may also be offenses.  You may wish to research your charge in the Boulder Revised Code if you are unsure whether your charge is an offense or infraction.

The maximum penalty for a traffic offense is a fine of $1000 + $25 court costs, up to 90 days in jail, and up to two years of probation, plus the number of points associated with the violation.
