The New Stream, Wetland and Water Body Protection Ordinance is Adopted! 
On Tuesday, May 5, 2009 City Council adopted an ordinance amending the wetlands protection overlay district (Section 9-3-9, Boulder Revised Code, 1981) and regulatory maps.
