Phase 4: Plan Draft

What's the Plan?

Highway 36This phase focuses on preparing and presenting an integrated plan with the intensive public outreach process needed to support adoption of the 2003 TMP Update.

Phase 3 was comprehensive, involving serious focus from the Transportation Advisory Board (TAB), the Study Committee (SC), and the Staff Working Group (SWG). As a result the evolving 2003 TMP Update was refined and produced in two formats for public and TAB/Council review and approval.

  • A 34-page  Final Report  designed to serve as an "executive summary" of the 2003 TMP Update. This document was approved by City Council on Sept. 16, 2003.

  • This TMP website. The site is designed to provide easy computer access to the tremendous amount of detail that produced the 2003 TMP Update.

This website will be continually updated as the 2003 TMP Update approval process proceeds. The most recent approval step was the TAB endorsement of Phase 3 on August 11, 2003. Please see the link to that material below.
