Family Child Care Licensing To increase the availability and accessibility of child care services, Children, Youth & Families recruits and trains persons interested in becoming licensed family child care providers. Low cost training, personal consultations, licensing support, and technical assistance are offered in both English and Spanish to assist caregivers who wish to provide licensed family child care in their homes.
