Human Resources

The Human Resources Department (HR) serves as a business partner to the City Manager in helping meet city and council objectives as it relates to culture, employees and productivity. HR provides support to all departments in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organization and Employee Development and Payroll.
