Administration

The Administrative Division Chief directs this division which provides support functions for the department. This includes:

• payroll and personnel tracking
• records and information technology management
• data gathering and analysis
• budget appropriation and monitoring.

The division also coordinates with other city departments and assists in long-range planning.

Staffing: Administrative Deputy Chief, Administrative Assistant, Program Specialist, and Work Study students.

Administrative offices are located in the Public Safety Building at 1805 33rd Street. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Fire Chief reports to the city manager and oversees the department's five divisions: Emergency Services, Fire Prevention, Training, Wildland and Administration.
