BVCP Future Land Use and Area I, II, IIIThe Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan land use map defines the desired future land use pattern for the Boulder Valley, including location, type and intensity of development. The Area I, II, III map defines the city's service area which sets the city's urban growth boundary and ensures a logical extension of urban services.

Open Space and Mountain ParksThis interactive site lets you zoom in, pan around, or get information on any trail or trailhead in the OSMP system. Predefined maps such as Dogs, Hiking, Natural Resources, and Climbing allow quick navigation to your specific interest as well as any corresponding regulations.

Neighborhoods - Including City Parks, Fire Response Area, Eco Pass Neighborhoods, Business Districts, Neighborhood Associations, Assessor Neighborhoods and subcommunities.

Transportation - Transportation Information System, (bike, ped, street and transit). This website displays both existing and proposed transportation information.

Zoning - Including Residential, Business, Industrial, Public, Agricultural, Mix of residential and business, Residential mobile homes, Main Street area and Mixed density residential.

Property Search for Summary of Code Enforcement ActivityThis report shows summonses and code enforcement activity by the city occurring within the past 24 months. Search for summonses and enforcement information by entering an address.

City Benchmark information includes the Benchmark ID, Location, Description, Elevations in COB datum from level circuits, and NGVD 29,NGVD88 datum’s. Elevation accuracy is within 0.10 ft. and should be verified between multiple Benchmarks. Source – level circuits ran by city crews and city contractors.

Prairie Dog Colonies on OSMP Land

OSMP maps the perimeter of all active prairie dog colonies each fall. This dataset contains OSMP and BCPOS data since 1996 CLIPPED to OSMP lands only.
This includes Jointly owned properties and colonies mapped on easements. To query out a specific year please use a definition query similar to Year = 2007
