Annual Letters

  

The City of Boulder Homeownership Program Annual Letter and newsletter Home Buzz provides an update to all homeowners participating in our affordable housing programs.  The intent of the letters is twofold:

  • It communicates relevant information regarding your home and any changes to the Homeownership Programs. 
  • It provides information in regards to annual appreciation

Based on your feedback we are now mailing letters and the newsletter via standard mail delivery. No more trips to the post office to collect certified mail!  We have also implemented a new process for verifying all homeowners are in compliance with the owner occupancy requirement.  If you have questions about the new verification process, please feel free to contact us.
