Realtor Guide to Affordable Homeownership Opportunities

Realtors® work with both buyers and sellers in the affordable homeownership program.  For most program participants, this is their first homeownership experience and your expertise and support is greatly valued.  Please explore the following links to learn how you can be involved.

If you are working with a buyer interested in our affordable homeownership programs, take a look at our Down Payment Assistance Programs.   Note that the city does not determine if sellers of affordable homes offer a commission or not.

The Boulder Area Realtor® Association and many volunteer Realtors® have partnered with the city to offer professional sales services to the sellers of affordable homes.
