Player Card Information
(Only for spring and fall leagues)
Coed and womens player cards can be obtained at the South Boulder Rec Center during open hours. Managers are required to bring the signed team roster, fees for each card and an ID-sized color photo for each new card in order for cards to be processed. Individual players may also come in to pay their card fees. Please note any cards processed after the 5 p.m., deadline date, will be subject to a $15 late fee.
Mens player cards can be obtained by visiting the CASA website.
Player Card Fees
- Men's Cards $45
- Coed and Women Residents (City of Boulder) $25
- Coed and Women non-Residents $30
- Late fee for ALL player cards $15
Roster Freeze is in effect after the eighth game.
Sub Cards
Sub cards are available for substitute players at the South Boulder Rec Center during open hours for $15 per card. These cards are good for one game per person. They will be collected along with the player's ID at the start of the game by the official. Following the game the official will return the player's ID.
These cards can be used for mens, coed or womens games.
They are not available after the eighth game, as the roster freeze is in effect.
Pick up Instructions
- Person using the sub card must come to the South Boulder Rec Center
- Player will sign risk release forms
- Pay $15 fee
- Player will be issued a sub card and then eligible to play in a future game
