Codes and Regulations
As residents of Boulder, we all have different values and needs regarding our living space and our community. So conflicts among neighbors are not uncommon. If you have a disagreement with your neighbor, please try to talk with each other, share the information in this guide, and come to an understanding. If you are unable to resolve a situation on your own, call one of the city offices listed here.
If you are still unable to resolve this conflict, you might want to call Community Mediation Services regarding low-cost mediation at 303-441-4364.
To learn more about our City Code, refer to the Boulder Revised Code, 1981, (BRC) website.
Or read the Code in the Reference Section of the Main Library, 1000 Canyon Blvd., or at Central Records in the Municipal Building, 1777 Broadway.
Thank you for your interest and cooperation in keeping Boulder a healthy, safe and attractive place to live.
