Cost of Xcel Energy Assessment will be refunded by the city of Boulder's Office of Environmental Affairs for buildings under 15,000 square feet.

Refund available only to those businesses who participated in the Xcel Energy's On-Site Energy Analysis program and the city of Boulder's ClimateSmart at Work program.
