Downtown Eco Pass Customer Hours

Eco Pass decals for downtown business employees in the Central Area General Improvement District (CAGID) and Business Improvement District (BID) can be obtained from noon to 4 p.m., on Mondays (in the event of a holiday passes will be processed the following day) at the Downtown Boulder Visitors Center, 1303 Pearl St. Eligible employees must bring:

  • A signed authorization form; and
  • A government issued photo identification (for both new and renewals)
