The City of Boulder is committed to having a variety of housing available that is affordable to residents of all income levels and that includes rental housing.  A variety of rental resources and services are available in Boulder.  Here are a few:

LOOKING FOR A HOME TO RENT?

Market-rate Rental - some places to start:

  • Local newspaper classifieds;
  • Drive around areas where you'd like to live and look for "for rent" signs;
  • Word of mouth - friends, family, co-workers;
  • Check website classified sites.

RENTAL LICENSING

The City of Boulder's Rental Housing Inspection and Licensing Program exists to preserve public safety and establishes minimum standards for basic equipment and facilities for rental property.   For more information, see:  Rental Licensing
