NIA stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Action.
Nia is about getting fit the fun way. We carefully select and combine movement and concepts from yoga, T'ai Chi, taekwondo, aikido, jazz, modern dance and other movement forms.
Ayre is a fusion of different exercise styles set to fun and upbeat music.
Our classes offer total body cardiovascular conditioning and cross-training for any sport or activity. All movements are adaptable and can be personalized for any level of fitness and agility. No prior training is required. Experience the joy of movement and the benefits of moving your body.
