Water Quality and Environmental Services (WQES) provides various essential functions within the Utilities Division.  As the title suggests, the workgroup handles everything from water quality regulatory compliance to watershed outreach and education.  WQES ensures quality tap water is delivered to residents, promotes the general health, safety, and welfare to all users of the wastewater system, facilitates water conservation, maintains stormwater quality, advocacy and education, and overall, acts as environmental stewards for Boulder's water resources.
