Welcome to the City of Boulder Integrated Pest Management Hotline.  This page is updated weekly for pest control activities on city lands. (Please note: Although this page is updated on a weekly basis, it DOES NOT mean pesticide applications happen every week.)

REMEMBER:

• The IPM policy dictates the use of the most environmentally sound approaches to pest management;

• City staff may only use pesticide products from the approved pesticide list;

• Pesticides are only to be used as a last resort after exhausting all other options; and

• If pesticides are used, the least toxic pesticide is chosen from a list of products that have been reviewed, evaluated and approved by the IPM Subcommittee.

This hotline provides information on upcoming pesticide applications by City of Boulder entities on city lands: Urban Forest Division, Transportation/Maintenance, Open Space & Mountain Parks , Parks & Recreation and Flatirons Golf Course.

This information is updated weekly and actual dates of application may vary according to weather conditions. Notification of specific applications will be placed on the property.
