The City of Boulder strives to keep its streets, bikeways, sidewalks and paths in good working condition. Unfortunately, we can't see every problem around town, so we need your help to let us know if there is a maintenance issue that needs attention. Use this form to send us information on any maintenance problem in the city.

Graffiti, potholes, streets, city buildings, sidewalks can all be reported here.

Please note the exact nature and location of the problem with an address and/or cross streets.
