Electronic sign up for Open Comment for the Council Meeting.  Tickets are only available starting at 4 p.m.on the Friday prior to the meeting.  Sign up is for open comment only.  If you are pooling time, only one person signs up and lists the others they are pooling with.  Do not duplicate sign up.  Public Hearing items require in-person registration.  Sign up procedures for public hearing items have not changed.

Anyone requiring special packet preparation such as Braille, large print, or tape recorded versions may contact the City Clerk’s Office at (303) 441-3002, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 48 hours notification prior to the meeting or preparation of special materials IS REQUIRED. If you need Spanish interpretation or other language-related assistance for this meeting, please call (303) 441-1905 at least three days prior to the meeting.  Si usted necesita interpretación o cualquier otra ayuda con relación al idioma para esta junta, por favor comuníquese al (303) 441-1905 por lo menos 3 días antes de la junta.


City Council meetings are televised and webcast live on Channel 8 and the Internet and re-broadcast on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Friday at 11 a.m. Meetings are also available on demand as a webstream at the Channel 8 website. DVDs are available for checkout at the Main Branch of the Boulder Public Library.
