Downtown Management Commission

The Downtown Management Commission consists of five members appointed by the City Council, each to five-year terms. Three appointees must either own real property or represent owners of real property in the Downtown Boulder area. Two appointees are citizens from the community-at-large. The Commission has the combined responsibilities of the previous Central Area General Improvement District Board and the Downtown Mall Commission, as well as quality of life improvement in CAGID.
