Permit Status Report

View examples of the available permit status messages that may apply to a permit after purchase.

These are examples of the status of the permit as it progresses through Planning & Development Services and the Finance Tax Division reconciliation processes.  

Messages #1 and #2 are from the Building Services division.  All other messages are from the Finance Department.

1)  Permit issued.

2)  Permit complete.

3)  Permit complete (with additional reconciliation information).

4)  Reconciliation received and being processed.

5)  No reconciliation received / past due.

6)  Reconciliation return has been completed and the matter is closed.
