Boulder Police are looking for a man in connection with a series of suspicious incidents that occurred between 6 p.m. on Friday, June 22, and 5:30 p.m. Sunday, June 24, in the 3400 block of Madison Avenue. The suspect’s behavior and description are similar to an indecent exposure suspect police have been looking for since early May. A press release and composite were released in that case, as well.

A woman reported that a man exchanged greetings with and then approached her 10-year-old daughter while she was playing in their front yard at about 6 p.m. on Friday, June 22, in the 3400 block of Madison Avenue. The child ran inside and the man left quickly when the woman came to the door. She reported that she saw him again at about 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 24, crouching in the bushes near her property. Police discovered that the same man was seen by another resident on the block crouching by a fence at about 1 a.m. that same day. 062807

The suspect is described as a white male, 35 to 40 years old, with straight blond hair. He was reported to be about 5’9” to 6’ tall and skinny. He was last seen wearing a red, checkered, short-sleeved, button-up shirt and blue jeans. He was also wearing glasses.
