New: In order to increase parking availability for park and pool patrons, the Scott Carpenter Park parking lot will have a 3-hour maximum parking limit 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and be patrolled by city staff for violations. Signs will be installed on May 17, and enforcement begins one week later, on May 26, 2013.
